Michael Niemann, CEO, Founder

Founder of HercuTech Inc. and developer of HercuWall® technology, Michael Niemann serves as CEO and Chairman of Board. He is responsible for overall leadership and business policy for the Company and oversees all innovation and design, engineering, manufacturing and international strategies. Niemann has more than 40 years of successful product design, marketing, and production experience in national and international markets. He has managed manufacturing processes, engineering, and product development throughout the U.S.

Jim Leiferman, Director

Mr. Leiferman is an experienced executive with expertise in business development, homebuilding, banking, and public accounting.  Formerly, he was President of the Florida Area for Pulte Homes with revenue in excess of $2.5 billion where he directed acquisitions and operational strategies that contributed to profitability, award winning quality, and performance.  Leiferman now serves as the U.S. President of Mattamy Homes, the largest production homebuilder in Canada with a growing footprint in several key American markets. 

Jerry Washburn, Director

A member of the Board of Directors, Jerry Washburn, CPA, brings more than 35 years of financial and technology experience in a variety of senior level roles (CFO, COO, CEO, Advisory and Fiduciary Board). He has spent much of his career leading early-stage and emerging market companies through rapid scale growth to their next levels. Washburn's skill and wisdom covers crucial facets for companies' successfully concluding multiple capital, debt/equity transactions, business development and strategic planning. Washburn started his career with Arthur Andersen & Company where he served as engagement head of Boise Cascade and Georgia Pacific Companies, and was a specialist in SEC matters and Internal Control systems and processes.

John Horton, Director

Mr. Horton is a former financial executive at GE and Honeywell, leading financial operations for GE Gas Turbines, GE Military Aircraft Engines, and Honeywell Aircraft Engines.  He also has extensive private equity and venture capital experience including (i) CFO for Omega Cabinetry, a portfolio company of Butler Capital, sold to Fortune Brands in 2002 for nearly $700 million; (ii) Managing Director for Butler Capital, a leading private equity sponsor with $2.5 billion committed capital; (iii) founding Operating Partner for Intervale Capital, a private equity sponsor with $1.2 billion committed capital focused on energy services; multiple directorships with portfolio companies.

Ken Ritzman, Director

Mr. Ritzman is an experienced executive with over 20 years in financial management and operating positions with construction, accounting, and retail companies.  Previously serving in multiple executive roles with SC Design, Inc., a new home design center provider for large public home builders operating in 5 states with multiple entities and divisions.  He is a former Partner with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP for over 10 years where he served as Managing Partner of the San Diego location.  Currently, he is CFO and Board member for TV Ears, Inc.
