HercuWall was recently mentioned in a video posted by GTIS Partners on LinkedIn. GTIS provided an update on construction of their build–to–rent project, Cadence in East Mesa, Arizona. HercuTech is excited to be apart of this project, as the community is currently being built with HercuWall. This build–to–rent community will offer one, two, and three–bedroom units that were carefully designed to work together. HercuTech was able to take these and seamlessly design them with HercuWall to create accurate and repeatable plans for this project. HercuWall provides benefits to both the construction process now in predictable timing and quality of this project,and the tenant living later in the comfort and energy efficiency of their home. Additionally, all parties benefit from the sustainable efforts that HercuWall delivers.
